Gorillaz North American Tour
After a seven-year wait, the Gorillaz are officially back with a new album and full-length tour. We already know the Damon Albarn-fronted group will perform at their own Demon Dayz Festival on June 10, but from July 8 to October 13 you can catch them throughout North America, performing in outdoor venues and festivals around the country. Mike Birbiglia 'The New One' Tour
Prolific comedian Mike Birbiglia is heading out on yet another standup trek. Entitled The New One tour, catch him from late-July to mid-December with stops in Boston, Los Angeles, Chicago and more. The fun kicks off with a five-night run at Montreal's The Gesù starting on July 24. Click here for more info.
AFI + Circa Survive Tour
AFI has extended their international tour to include a North American leg. They'll team up with Circa Survive for The Blood Tour, which kicks off on June 2 in Richmond, VA, though Circa Survive won't join them until July 18. The shows are in support of AFI's new album, The Blood Album, which was released last month. Click here for more info.
Alt-J 'Relaxer' Tour
Indie rockers Alt-J have announced a new round of North American tour dates in support of their upcoming album, Relaxer. After a run of shows through Europe at the beginning of summer, catch the trio stateside starting on July 27 in Baltimore, MD, at the Merriweather Post Pavilion. They’ll also perform at this year’s Panorama Festival and Lollapalooza. Click here for more info.
Lake Street Dive Summer Tour
Lake Street Dive, the bluegrass/Americana band from Boston, have just revealed their summer plans. The foursome will hit the road from May 31 to September 8 in support of their newest album Side Pony. You can also catch the group at weekend two of this year's New Orleans Jazz Fest.
